Through compassionate support and advocacy, we empower adolescents to navigate challenges, build resilience, and lead healthier lives." 

The Trevor Project is a nonprofit organization focused on providing support and resources to LGBTQ+ youth, particularly those who are at risk of suicide or in crisis. 

Mental health conditions typically begin during childhood, adolescence, or young adulthood, NAMI compiled essential information and resources intended to help young people get the mental health support they need. 

The National Runaway Safeline (NRS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting runaways, homeless youth, and their families. The National Runaway Safeline has trained staff available 24/7 to handle crises, provide support, and listen to your story. Conversations are personal and confidential, and you can reach out by call, text, email, or chat with a team member. Parents can also leave a message for a child in their  life, and we will ensure it’s delivered when they contact us. When both parent  and child are ready to talk, they can facilitate a neutral mediation through a three-way call. or  parents can leave a message for a  child. 

Butterflies of Hope Mentoring Program

We are looking for  interested in our Mentorship program! Our program is meant to connect our butterflies with caring individuals who can support and help them spread their wings and fly. We are better together! Our Mentorship Program consists of 4 phases; Purpose, Engagement, Growth, and Completion.
The Butterflies of Hope Mentoring Program provides:
  1. One-on-One Mentoring: Pairing each participant with a dedicated mentor who provides guidance, support, and encouragement tailored to their needs.
  2. Skill Development Workshops: Conducting interactive sessions that empower girls with essential life skills, such as leadership, self-confidence, and decision-making.
  3. Educational Support: Offering tutoring and academic guidance to help girls excel in their studies and pursue their educational goals.
  4. Community Engagement: Organizing activities and projects that foster a sense of belonging and encourage girls to actively contribute to their community.
  5. Empowerment Activities: Hosting events and discussions aimed at building resilience, promoting mental well-being, and nurturing a positive self-image.
Through these initiatives, the program aims to inspire personal growth, academic achievement, and a strong sense of self-worth among participants, nurturing them into confident and capable young women.
